Stockholm is perhaps one of my favorite Scandinavian cities. I happen to be there last August when the temperature seemed to be rather soothing. In afternoon it did reach up to 20c on average,by the nightfall little rain might surprise you.
Well let’s talk about my favorite walk (Usually I tend to walk less but prefer hiking for some weird reason. Let’s talk about it some other time 😜) . “Djurgarden” might pop up on your google maps once you reach Stockholm, the heart of Stockholm if I may add. Djurgarden is a calm and tranquil island which holds 50% of cities most visited tourist attractions. Grona Lund, Abba museum, Skansen or the very famous “Vasa Museum” is right here serving millions of tourists every year. My favorite part was walking along Strandvagen (The royal dramatic theatre) to Djurgarden. I happen to have taken this picture on a weekend, luckily crowd seemed limited and locals were more interested to be on their fishing boat than walking (no complaints 😉) . If you do plan to visit (and you must) let me tell you, words cannot justify the beauty of this city. The greenery, food, culture, palaces, parks were as good as they promised in the brochure 🤩. Can’t wait to be there again , soon . .
