Alright, how many of you went out this weekend and now have to “start all over” tomorrow? 🙋🏽♀️
Well, don’t stress, let me help you. Below are some tips on how to get back on track after a crazy weekend.
1. Water intake.... 💦💦 Make sure to hydrate every day! Drinking at least a gallon a day helps to regulate body temperature and enables the body to get rid of waste products and toxins; a.k.a. those drinks you had over the weekend 🍻🍷
2. Don’t deprive yourself! This is sooo important. You may think “oh I indulged this weekend, I have to eat less food to make up for it.” NO 🚫 Keep eating your normal macros, fuel your body with the proper nutrients and work your ass off in the gym! I can’t stress this enough, DO NOT cut out food, just get right back to where you were.
3. That brings me to meal prepping...🍗🍚 Meal prepping is sooo helpful for those who work all day and don’t have time to cook. You can meal prep at least 3 days worth of food on Sunday. It’s convenient and easy, trust me.
4. Lastly, write down on paper what your plan is for the week. Each day, set a realistic goal for yourself. For example: * Pack my gym clothes for after work. * Sign up for a spin class. * Hit a PR in the gym. * Drink at least 24oz of water with each meal. * Bring my meals with me to work.
These are all simple goals that can can be accomplished. Dont let the weekend keep you from hitting your goals 💪🏼 I hope this helps some of you. If not, don’t hesitate to message me with any questions 😊💜
