I make many variations of this depending on what’s in the fridge, however the basics stay the same. These pretty little jars are great for brekky or a mid morning bite.

What's Phytic acid?
Is the major storage form of phosphorus compromising 1-5% by weight in cereals, legumes, cereal, oils, seeds and nuts. In humans, phosphorus is not readily bioavailable. Phytic acid represents 50 to 85% of total phosphorus in plants. Phytic acid is necessary for the nuts, seeds, etc but not so good for us. Phytic acid has a high amount of enzyme inhibitors, which makes the nuts hard to digest. Soaking your nuts will fully rectify this problem. When you eat foods containing phytic acid, the acid then binds to other minerals in your body. Iron, zinc, and calcium in the gastrointestinal tract. This process disallows our digestive system to break down the nuts properly.

Phytic acid not only chelates important minerals but it also inhibits enzymes that we need to digest our food including pepsin for the breakdown of proteins in the stomach and amylase needed it for the breakdown of starch into sugar and Trypsin and needed for protein digestion in the small intestine. 💯 At this time, I was working out twice per day and following a very strict diet - I tracked everything I put into my body.

❓The question you need to ask yourself is not IF you want to be lean enough to have your abs showing...

It’s actually a 2-part question you need to consider:
1️⃣ what are the habit’s, rituals, sacrifices and lifestyle changes needed to achieve that result? This can vary from person to person. It may be easier for some people than others to reveal their abs due to genetics and where you naturally store body fat. Do your research, hire a professional to help guide you, educate yourself on this first.
2️⃣ Are you willing to make all of those changes and sacrifices long enough to achieve said result? In other words, is it worth it?

🙏🏼You need to find the happy medium between those 2 answers... what does it take and what am I willing to do?

🤙🏼Once you consider all of that, you’ll have your answer.

These are diet rules I follow daily now to ensure ezcema stays away and my skin continues to glow. And when I get off track I learn how to make up for it.

First thing in the morning, drink 2 cups of lemon water with juice if one lemon.

Waiting 30 minutes. Have 2 cups of fresh celery juice.

Wait 20 minutes. Have two cups or more until full of the liver cleanse smoothie. 2 bananas, half papaya, half red pitaya and 2 cups of blueberries.

Have more smoothie or grab some fruits if you are hungry mid morning.
Stay away from any source of fat (meat or plant base) for as long as you can.
The longer you don't have fats, your body will continue to cleanse. As soon as you have any fats, your body stop cleansing.

Lunch. If I'm at home, I'll make a salad. If I'm out, I'll choose to eat mostly veggies (preferably salads). I stay away from any high fat foods. Even lean meat has lots of fat so I only have small portions of meats.

Mid afternoon, I have 2 apples and 4 dates. If I had a super bad lunch, I'll grab some Cucumbers and celery too.

Late afternoon, I'll drink any other two glasses of celery juice.

Dinner. This is where I can have a heavier meal. That said, when I'm at home, I'll always make myself some salads before I eat what ever the family is eating. Again, I choose less meats.

Evening. If I went out for dinner, I usually grab an apple to eat when I get home.

In the evening, I always make myself two cups hibiscus tea or lemon balm tea. If you don't have any of those, just have two cups of lemon water.
Snacking frequently is preferred by your body instead of eating full main meals. Don't allow yourself to get hungry. My snacks includes dried fruits, apples, bananas, celery cucumber sticks. I snack on a little bit of nuts later in the afternoon keeping in mind not to over do it.

Soup season is ALWAYS a good thyme. Get a hefty dose of antioxidants and fiber with this gluten-free Cauliflower Thyme Soup, made with Pressery Bone Broth. Recipe below👇

Ingredients: ✔️1 large head cauliflower, separated into small florets ✔️3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided ✔️1 tsp salt ✔️2 tsp fresh thyme ✔️1 medium onion, chopped ✔️1 clove garlic, minced ✔️4 cups Pressery Chicken Herb Bone Broth ✔️2 tablespoons unsalted butter ✔️1 ½ tbsp fresh lemon juice ✔️¼ teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions:

1️⃣Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

2️⃣Lightly and evenly coat the cauliflower with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Place the cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet, and sprinkle with salt. Bake until cauliflower is tender and caramelized on the edges, 25 to 35 minutes, turning halfway.

3️⃣Meanwhile, heat the remaining olive oil in a large pot set to medium heat. Add onion, thyme, and ¼ teaspoon salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes, or until the onion has softened.

4️⃣Add in garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add the broth in one cup at a time, stirring between additions.

5️⃣Transfer roasted cauliflower to the pot, and increase the heat to medium-high. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce the heat as necessary to maintain a gentle simmer. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes.

6️⃣Remove the pot from the heat and let it cool for 3-4 minutes. Working in batches, blend the soup until smooth.
7️⃣Add the butter, lemon juice, and nutmeg and blend again. Add additional salt, as needed. Serve warm or freeze for later meals!
