Do you have 20 minutes a day to commit to you? I never thought I did.. until I started. .
To be honest I LOVED doing my previous lifting and cardio program.. so much that I basically did it straight for a year. BUT it was time to switch it up.. I work full time, I’m a full time mama and I have a busy life..

Then this new program came out and I was super pumped for it, but was skeptical because it is sort of mainly cardio.. and I am NOT a huge fan of just cardio, never have been. .
TBH I never even really wanted to try this for fear that I would fail, does this sound familiar? I was so scared that I just said I wasn’t gonna do it.. I’ll just watch everyone else do it.

This is my inner mean girl talking myself down and telling ME that I will never be good enough. I can’t do it... .
But I CAN, and now I am! 🙌

I am L O V I N G this program you guys! Seriously, I am a little obsessed. The moves are fun and challenging, I have so much MORE time to spend with my son and it doesn’t take an hour.. I get in, get sweaty, and get out! 😜
