This is REAL LIFE people!
I formed “Whole Health with Vicki” when I became a coach. And every day since, I have done my best to be authentic to WHO I AM, what my journey has been (and continues to be) about, and how it can benefit others.
Even as I navigated my life as a SAHM- and ESPECIALLY now that I am going through my divorce- I don’t #doitforthegram.
I do it for me.
And I do it for people LIKE me, who struggle with #selfworth, #selfsabotage,
THE THINGS I SHARE ABOUT?
They are as much FOR ME as they are for anyone else.
Because EVERY DAY is a battle against my old ways of thinking and doing things.
EVERY DAY my old habits try to summon me back.
EVERY DAY I “struggle” in some way with old patterns (in quotes because IS the struggle REALLY real??)
But my journey to better health- through home workouts, balanced nutrition, and my online communities of support- have shown me that I am SO MUCH BETTER than I used to be.
That I am stronger, healthier, more capable, than I EVER thought possible.
And that EVEN on the hard days, when those old habits try to take hold (and believe me- they do!), I have the tools to get through.
I LOVE BEING A COACH!
Because it’s not about being perfect.
It’s about showing up in my life, one day at a time.
Authentically- Unapologetically- With PURPOSE.
And helping people to see that they can have this too.
