This is me...... fed up.... but feeling good lol!! I didn’t even know you could feel both lol
As you’ll know from following my journey I’ve gone from being a fit fitness advisor working out daily in a Health club, to training 1 a week in a gym with a PT, To then doing nothing and getting to the point that you feel like a lazy beach whale, to then working out at home to @fernmcann lol!! 🏋🏻♀️🤸🏻♂️ The thing is, even after all these MRI scans, orthapedic appointments and physio, I do stil get fed up like you!
I hate feeling unfit and being restricted to what exercise I can or can’t do because of my car injury.
I’m fed up of feeling fed up lol
And whilst I’m waiting to get my scan results before I can train back with @jessica, I’m just going to have to accept I’m a lazy beach whale or take massive adapted action! Lol!

Ok so my arm isn’t healed yet so I’m hardly ready to do handstands any time soon, but I managed to squat, donkey kick and glute Bridge my way through 30 minutes dvd!! Sooooo...... this is for you if you’re feeling down for not being as fit as you used to be!
Please know that as long as you do something to your ability and you move enough to get your heart rate up, you will burn fat and release lots of endorphins so that you gain a face just like mine in this photo lol 😂🙌👌 You’re welcome 😁
