Had a very busy night last night came home ready to sleep all day ,but it seems like every body was off today and making so much noise that I couldn't sleep well. After only 3 hours of restless sleep I decided to go for a run to feel better. I'm so anti-redbull...and I hope it doesn't come down to me drinking it...but it's the only contingency plan I could come up with. Did you know that it takes about 90 minutes for you to sleep and start a REM cycle...then each REM cycle lasts anywhere from 90-110 minutes. My body decided it only needed a little under 4 hours of sleep today...just about 1 full REM cycle.
