Suggestion: try to avoid these ingredients and start reading your labels when you buy food. Try going all organic if you can why? They won’t be GMO.
You can also try to add cruciferous foods such as, spinach, kale, broccoli, and Brussel sprouts. These are anti cancerous foods that are high in chlorophyll which in turn are high antioxidant and anti inflammatory.
