Screenshot of my longest no-wall-support HANDstand so far. It's only a few seconds and I'm tucking one leg (on purpose), but it's where I'm at and it felt so good 🎉
I had a moment where I felt myself engaging my core differently than I ever have kicking up against a wall. It was another lightbulb moment. I can't just expect results if I keep practicing in that comfort zone.
I love that today's @thefityogitrainer yoga flow went through falling out of a handstand (I'm mastering this part 😂).
@yogoskenz's advice really helped me step outside the boundaries of my self imposed "safety zone". In a way, it's like I needed that reassurance that it's okay to fall and here's how to do it safely. I can't say enough good things about this guide 🙌🏽 Four weeks ago I couldn't do this - or maybe I could, but I didn't yet know how to shake off the doubt. .

I joined the 1000 club 💪🏽
10 moves, 10 reps, 10 sets! Squats, pushups, crow crunches, and more - no modifications! I broke it up differently by starting with one set of 10 reps each and then completing 4 sets of 20 reps each and one last one of 10 reps each.
1000 moves! Such a great workout!
