My husband has dried skin and he also has a skin problem (in English the name is psoriasis, in Japanese 乾癬)since he was very small. I tried various cream and try to feed him healthy and nutritious food as much as possible everyday. And I recently recognized Squalane oil( made from fresh olive) is very effective for his psoriasis and he also likes the texture.
I make him strawberries 🍓 and banana smoothie with vitamin C powder, probiotics sometimes, Manuka 🍯 honey, although he doesn’t know that. And I try to cook various and colorful vegetables with meat or fishies to him when I can cook for him.
I sometimes feed him these vitamin supplements because he doesn’t like the pills, and these gummies are delicious and he loves them! Vepo which my cousin gave me is also good when he has a sour throat and you can also use for bruises and back pain etc.
