The Jefferson Educational Society is sponsoring a 4-part speaker sequence to tackle the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on Erie County’s small small business group.

The society’s Civic Management Academy was tasked with a team undertaking addressing “Management in a Time of Disaster.”

Immediately after interviewing community firms, the Erie Regional Chamber and Advancement Partnership, the Corry Space Chamber of Commerce, and the Gannon University Small Business enterprise Growth Heart, the cohort made a decision there are important features of preparedness that add to the toughness of a small company. 

The speaker series will handle economic and human useful resource preparedness, flexibility in provider versions, and actual physical and mental basic safety.
