Tel Aviv and central area
Tel Aviv: A 80 sq. meter, 4-space, ground ground backyard garden apartment with a 12 square meter back garden and parking on Hahagana Street in the Neve Barbur community was marketed for NIS 2.17 million. A 105-square meter, four-place, seventh floor penthouse apartment including an elevator and parking on Ma’apilei Egoz Road in the Neve Chen community was sold for NIS 3.55 million. A 123 sq. meter, five-room, second floor condominium with an elevator and parking on Recanati Avenue in Ramat Aviv Gimmel was bought for NIS 5 million (RE/MAX – Ocean). A 154 sq. meter, three-room, fourth floor condominium with a stability area, 14 square meter balcony, 13 square meter storage place, elevator and two parking areas in the Blue Task overlooking the sea with a swimming pool, sauna, fitness room and tennis court docket in the setting up was sold for NIS 6.4 million.

A 254 square meter, seven place property with a 49 square meter basement on a 320 sq. meter great deal with two parking areas on Yamit Avenue in the Neve Dekalim neighborhood in the west of the metropolis was offered for NIS 5.55 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Rehovot: A 90 square meter, four-home, second floor condominium with an 8 square meter sunlight balcony, shared parking and no elevator on Hanoter Avenue was bought for NIS 1.55 million. A 122 square meter, five-home, fifth flooring apartment with a 12 sq. meter sunshine balcony, storage area, elevator and parking on Nordau Street was offered for NIS 2.63 million. A 107 sq. meter, four place, second flooring apartment on Hakerem Road was marketed for NIS 1.78 million (Anglo-Saxon).
