The Constructing Sector Association of Clark County recently announced the choice of Noelle Lovern as its new governing administration affairs director.
Lovern will oversee the BIA’s governing administration affairs initiatives, including political advocacy, plan exploration and romantic relationship creating with elected officers. As liaison to regional governments inside of Clark County, she will check plan concerns and evaluate proposed ordinances for impacts on the developing sector.
Prior to joining the BIA staff, Lovern served as vice president of community relations and company communication at American CuMo Mining Corp. She was raised in Southern Oregon and is a cum laude graduate of Boise Point out College.
