BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) — Central Oregon Community College’s Jim Wilcox, modest business enterprise adviser and software supervisor for the college’s Compact Small business Development Middle, just lately was named Oregon’s “State Star” for outstanding assistance by the condition workplace of the national SBDC community.

Wilcox will be honored this September at the association’s nationwide meeting in San Diego.
