Telecom operators may well have objective complications sustaining the pace of network progress thanks to a scarcity of devices below sanctions. This is said in the message of the Ministry of Finance.

In this regard, the Ministry recommends that operators evenly distribute the load on the community. Namely, to restrict the offers of unlimited tariffs, which brought about distortions in targeted traffic usage, uneven load on the network. If required, it is advisable to revise the material of tariffs.

The Ministry of Finance drew notice to the fact that in new yrs cell operators have accumulated a vital mass of so-named “archive” tariffs, which includes people with endless Net access. This results in an unreasonably higher load in destinations wherever subscribers can connect to wired interaction networks. The recommendations are aimed at eliminating this bias in the use of cell conversation networks, the ministry states.

In addition, the exclusion of “archived” tariffs with an unrealistically very low rate for interaction products and services will permit operators to keep existing tariffs for all subscribers, the Ministry of Finance believes.

At the very same time, the ministry guarantees that collectively with the FAS it will regulate the cost improve. Mobile tariffs will not rise above the inflation amount in Russia.
